SYK Partner Eric Wieland and Associate Valerie Sasaki are teaching a seminar to Lewis & Clark Law School students this spring.
The seminar seeks to apply the knowledge acquired in prerequisite courses (Income Tax I, Estate and Gift Taxation, and Wills & Trusts) in a planning context. Students will analyze and discuss various estate planning tools and techniques, and their application in different situations.
Non-tax considerations will be covered as well as gift, estate and income tax consequences.
