OCF and Victoria Blachly Presenting: Estate Planning and Elder Law Matters
June 12, 2015 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Aging with dignity and grace is a goal that resonates with everyone, yet our elder population is vulnerable. This seminar provides important information about general elder law issues: wills, trusts, guardianship and capacity issues, as well as Oregon laws regarding elder abuse, signs and types of abuse, resources, and an update on efforts underway by the state legislature to support aging Oregonians.
Victoria graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Biology, then received her J.D. at Lewis and Clark College. She specializes in business and corporate litigation as well as employment mediation and arbitration.
