Anastasia (Stacie) Yu Meisner is a member of the SYK Estate Planners practice. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration. In addition, she also works with guardianships and conservatorships matters, as well as tax exempt organizations and business entities. She also provides mediation and case evaluation services. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Ms. Meisner is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington.
Ms. Meisner is involved with a large number of organizations, both within the legal community, and her local community. She volunteers with organizations such as the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association as an Advisory Board Member, the Friends of the Lake Oswego Library as a board member, and a member of the Oregon Public Broadcasting Planned Giving Advisory Council. In 2018, Ms. Meisner was appointed Pro Tem Judge for the Washington County Probate Department. And she serves as pro bono counsel for the Korean American Coalition for Oregon. Ms. Meisner is also a frequent speaker and author.
Anastasias was raised in Nevada and spent most of her school breaks with family in Lakeview, Oregon. She lived in Munich, Germany from 1992-1993 attending classes with Lewis and Clark College and the University of Munich; and she spent the summer of 1995 in Shanghai, China attending classes at the East China University of Law and Politics and interning at the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai, China. After graduation from law school she worked for the Oregon State Bar. And then she owned her own small law firm in Lake Oswego for 15 years. She is dedicated to her clients, and enjoys helping them find peace of mind that their estate planning and legal affairs are in order. In addition to her office at our downtown Portland location, she maintains weekly office hours at our Lake Oswego location.
