Emily Clark Cuellar is a litigator at Samuels Yoelin Kantor. Her practice is centered around families, and her passion is helping families navigate all the various obstacles they may face. Her practice focuses on domestic relations and fiduciary and probate litigation.

In 2014, Emily graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School. At Lewis & Clark, she was active on the Law Review, as well as the Student Bar Association. During her studies there, she also clerked at the offices of Samuels Yoelin Kantor LLP. After graduation, Emily moved to Alaska, expanding her legal experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Kari Kristiansen in Palmer, where she saw all types of cases, from drug possession charges to real property disputes. She is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and Alaska State Bars.

Emily serves on the board for Imagine Possibilities, an organization which provides daytime services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Washington County. She also enjoys volunteering her time and has volunteered with the St. Andrew Legal Clinic, Oregon Food Bank, Minds Matter Portland, and at Refugee Adjustment Day.Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Mike, and their dog, Porter. She is an avid reader, and loves bike touring, camping, and hiking.
