Emily Clark Cuellar loves to help her clients as they navigate their most significant relationships—with their children, their significant others, their family of origin, or even themselves. She centers her practice on domestic relations and fiduciary and probate litigation. Her passions are helping people grow their families with a cohabitation agreement, premarital agreement, or independent adoption and helping transgender and nonbinary clients legally change their names and gender markers. She offers inclusive and non-judgmental counsel for clients no matter the makeup of their family or the issues they face.
In 2014, Emily graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School where she was active on law review (and actually liked it!). After graduation, Emily moved to Alaska, expanding her legal experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Kari Kristiansen in Palmer, where she drafted rulings all types of cases, from drug possession charges to real property disputes. She is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and Alaska State Bars.
