Darlene Pasieczny to Speak at The ABA 17th Annual Dispute Resolution Spring Conference

Darlene Pasieczny will be speaking on a panel regarding the latest developments in FINRA securities arbitration this April.  The presentation will provide up to date coverage of the latest developments in FINRA securities regulation and arbitration.

Subjects will include recent FINRA rule changes about “public” and “non-public” FINRA arbitrator classification, FINRA procedures in recommending expungement of a claim from a broker’s CRD record, new rules on making mid-case referrals to FINRA Enforcement in the middle of an arbitration, and increases in arbitrator honorarium and fees.  A report will also be given from a panelist who is a member of the recently formed national FINRA Dispute Resolution Task Force.
