Daniela Holgate is a partner at Samuels Yoelin Kantor LLP whose practice focuses on guardianships and conservatorships, estate & trust administration and litigation, elder abuse restraining orders, and elder financial abuse matters. Daniela strives to use her talents to help her clients during stressful and complicated family situations.
Daniela enjoys being active in the community and regularly mentors students considering a career in the legal profession. Daniela volunteers as an attorney mentor with the Imprint Project, the Explore the Law Program, and Lewis & Clark Law School Attorney Mentor Program.
Daniela served on the Pro Bono Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Multnomah Bar Association and has been a volunteer with Legal Aid Service’s Domestic Violence Project. Daniela is a frequent presenter on topics related to elder law and has contributed content for the Oregon State Bar Elder Law Section newsletter. She was recognized by Oregon Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Elder Law in 2024.
When not in the office, Daniela enjoys live music, exploring Portland’s culinary scene, hiking with her dog, Shiloh, and reading a good book.
