Daniela Holgate’s practice focuses on probate litigation, as well as guardianship, conservatorship, and estate matters. She also assists seniors and their families with elder abuse restraining orders (EPPDAPA) and elder financial abuse matters. Daniela strives to use her talents to help her clients during stressful and complicated family situations. She prides herself on being energetic and passionate in her approach to problem-solving.
Daniela began her career in the legal profession as a Certified Paralegal working on complex litigation cases. During law school, she diversified her experience by providing advocacy services to college students, externing with a Chief Probate Judge and clerking for Samuels Yoelin Kantor LLP.
Daniela enjoys being active in the community by using her life experience and legal knowledge to assist others. She regularly mentors students considering a career in the legal profession, and has been a volunteer attorney with Legal Aid Service’s Domestic Violence Project. In 2019, Daniela was appointed to the Pro Bono Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Multnomah Bar Association.
When not in the office, Daniela enjoys live music, exploring Portland’s culinary scene, hiking with her dog, Shiloh, and reading a good book.
